AYURVEDIC HEALTH CONSULTATIONS

An Ayurvedic Health Consultation is a 1:1 comprehensive assessment of the current state of your health based on the principles of Ayurveda.

You will receive a personalized treatment plans that includes:

  • dietary recommendations
  • lifestyle adjustments
  • potential herbal remedies

Trying to make healthy changes is a BIG DEAL and deserves time and space. I believe that that slower you go, adding a little at a time, the more likely your changes will be able to stick. Much easier said than done.

What to expect in an Ayurvedic Health Consultation

Prior to your appointment, you will complete an in-depth intake form covering your current health concerns and previous medical history.

During your consultation, we’ll go over your intake form, identify your unique mind/body constitution and discuss any current imbalances that you may be experiencing.

You’ll receive specific diet & lifestyle recommendations for your needs and together we’ll create a game-plan to implement the recommendations. 

After your initial session, we’ll schedule a follow-up session within 2-3 weeks to see how things are going.  It is meant to be a steady process, making small but significant changes tailored to YOU and your lifestyle to support you feeling the best in your body. 

You can schedule as many follow-up sessions as you like to support your continued care.  Single sessions or bundled sessions are available.

YOGA: ONE-ON-ONE

Private Yoga Sessions are customized one-on-one sessions to address your specific needs and goals.

YOGA: GROUP CLASSES / PRIVATE EVENTS

I offer yoga classes that cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. 

  • Hatha Yoga: A gentle practice focusing on physical postures and breath control.
  • Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic and fluid style of yoga that links breath with movement.
  • Yin Yoga: A slow-paced practice that targets deep connective tissues and promotes relaxation.

YOGA: CORPORATE

Corporate yoga brings the benefits of yoga to the workplace, helping employees relax, de-stress, and recharge. These tailored sessions improve posture, reduce tension, and enhance well-being, boosting morale and productivity while fostering a healthier work environment
