You will receive a personalized treatment plans that includes:
Trying to make healthy changes is a BIG DEAL and deserves time and space. I believe that that slower you go, adding a little at a time, the more likely your changes will be able to stick. Much easier said than done.
Prior to your appointment, you will complete an in-depth intake form covering your current health concerns and previous medical history.
During your consultation, we’ll go over your intake form, identify your unique mind/body constitution and discuss any current imbalances that you may be experiencing.
You’ll receive specific diet & lifestyle recommendations for your needs and together we’ll create a game-plan to implement the recommendations.
After your initial session, we’ll schedule a follow-up session within 2-3 weeks to see how things are going. It is meant to be a steady process, making small but significant changes tailored to YOU and your lifestyle to support you feeling the best in your body.
You can schedule as many follow-up sessions as you like to support your continued care. Single sessions or bundled sessions are available.
